Ruby is committed to providing a space for individuals and couples to get in touch with themselves using a client-centered, empowering, collaborative approach. Ruby offers a warm, compassionate, grounding therapeutic space for folks experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, LGBTQ+ identity exploration, and relationship issues.
Ruby’s therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Gottman Method to provide a tailored approach that understands clients have unique needs. The space that Ruby provides is non-judgemental, open, and collaborative.
