If you’re feeling unsure about where to start or what to expect from therapy, you can start by completing our request form, which will ask you a couple of quick questions about your benefits & coverage and your preferred therapist.
Once we’ve received your information and matched you with a therapist, you’ll be able to seamlessly book your first session (and following sessions) online through the Jane app.
COMPLETE YOUR INTAKE FORMS
After booking your session, you’ll complete your intake and consent forms directly in the portal. Please note that these forms must be completed prior to your session to ensure your therapist is prepared to offer the best care.
ATTEND YOUR FIRST SESSION
In your initial session, we focus on assessment by discussing your unique needs and goals for your therapeutic journey. We’ll collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs and situation, and your treatment begins from there.
