Erika has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress management. Her passion is helping people better understand themselves and what they have to offer. In taking this journey together, she can aid you in making the steps toward meaningful change and help you to foster your positive experiences.
Erika provides a compassionate and collaborative space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported. She integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy along with an approach that allows you to focus on your strengths, build insight, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Erika comes from a background in working with children and youth in a behavioural context as well as with families of neurodivergent children as they learn to navigate and adapt to what that means. Having worked in the nonprofit sector offering community programs, she is familiarwith navigating resources and advocacy.
